This system was installed in a new build property and commissioned December 2023, it is not a combi type but was installed with a hot water tank ( not included in sale ). It was removed from service in July 2025, reason for removing is that an air source heat pump has been install instead. The boiler was on LPG gas system but understand this can be converted to natural gas if required. The boiler is complete with mounting bracket, as well as Greenstar filter system, timer, installation and maintenance manual, user instruction manual, also filter manual, see photos. The boiler was operating perfectly when removed.
